Vermillion fully discloses its charging structure to both clients and resources. There are no hidden charges or commissions.

Vermillion Approval:
We only seek to work with the best contractors in the PeopleSoft marketplace. As such contractors provided by Vermillion would first have to be “Vermillion Approved”. The accreditation is both an accolade for the contractor and an assurance for the client.

Product Knowledge:
Because Vermillion Recruitment know the PeopleSoft product both technically and functionally, we can deal more effectively with clients, better assess and describe their resourcing requirements and accurately match these to contractors and permanent staff.

Communication:
In line with Vermillion Recruitment’s policy of openness, we will not pass CV’s to any client without the express permission of the candidate. In addition we will not advertise for positions that we do not directly have with a client, or clone advertisements on internet recruitment websites.
