Placing the right candidate in the right job, and vice versa

Based on our experience in the industry, we can successfully filter our database for suitable candidates. Hence we do not inundate clients with irrelevant CV’s, but can send CV’s of only those candidates that best match the technical and non-technical requirements for the role on offer, whether that is contract or permanent.

We always try to visit client sites to gain a better insight of the company culture and environment; this assists us when we are discussing the role and the client with a potential candidate.

Communication

In line with Vermillion Recruitment’s quality standards and ethos, we NEVER pass CV’s to any client without the express permission of the candidate. In addition we NEVER advertise for positions that we do not directly have with a client, or clone advertisements from internet recruitment websites.
